Il futuro ci viene incontro velocemente, a volte cogliendoci di sorpresa. Tante nuove opportunità si stanno aprendo e se è vero che il 65% dei bambini di oggi faranno un mestiere che non è ancora stato inventato, cosa può fare la scuola per preparare e prepararsi a questo futuro?
Ne discutiamo il 30 gennaio con due ospiti d’eccezione: OSCAR DI MONTIGNY e VALENTINO MAGLIARO, che abbiamo invitato a condividere il proprio pensiero e i valori di apertura, umanità e responsabilità che la scuola deve necessariamente incarnare e trasmettere ai giovani di tutto il mondo.
Sarà un incontro dedicato ai ragazzi in cerca di ispirazione, agli insegnanti che desiderano un confronto, ai genitori che chiedono risposte ai propri dubbi.

VALENTINO MAGLIARO, 26 anni, è il Civic Leader in Italia di Obama Foundation, scelto da Barack e Michelle Obama per il suo impegno ad alto impatto educativo e sociale per i giovani. La scuola vincente per Valentino è quella aperta al mondo, alla contaminazione tra saperi, culture e punti di vista differenti per insegnare ai ragazzi il rispetto dell’altro, dell’Istituzione e, come ha imparato da Obama, il give back.
OSCAR DI MONTIGNY, Chief Innovation, Sustainability & Value Strategy di Banca Mediolanum, oltre che essere ideatore e fondatore di Mediolanum Corporate University è ideatore e divulgatore dei principi della Economia 0.0 in cui coniuga business e management con filosofia, arte e scienza, è keynote speaker di forte impatto motivazionale in consessi internazionali, è autore del best seller Oscar Mondadori “Il Tempo dei Nuovi Eroi” . Inoltre, è fondatore e ispiratore di BYE, rete di professionsiti che operano in diversi ambiti disciplinari e che offrono servizi affermando la centralità assoluta dell’essere umano.
Stimolerà il pubblico sull’importanza di rimettere l’essere umano al centro di tutte le dimensioni della nostra vita, pubblica e privata e sulla necessità di fare della propria vita un dono e fare di questo dono qualcosa di significativo per l’insieme.

WINS opens its doors to families with children from the ages of 2.5 to 14 who want to learn more about the international programs from Early Years to Diploma Years, living one day as a student.
Parents will be informed of our educational programs; they will tour the Campus and facilities, while our younger visitors will be welcomed into the classrooms from Early Years to Grade 9, becoming a WINS student for the day.

Discover WINS!
World International School of Torino invites you to discover the new frontier of international education from Early Years to Diploma Years.
During the Open Day, you can meet our Founder Paolo Pietro Formiga, our School Manager and Academic Coordinator, listen to the experience of our families, meet the teachers and talk with students who will tell you about their IB educational pathway.
You will learn about what happens in our classrooms and you will visit our campus: classrooms, libraries, laboratories, swimming pool, gym, and the outdoor area equipped for sport and play.
Bring your kids! They can join creative workshops with our international teachers.
SPECIAL GUEST: e.DO, the modular and open source robot kit from Comau.
At the end of the workshops and the Campus visit, all the families will be invited to join us for an aperitif. We will be available to answer all your questions!
